I will not tolerate this anymore. Anybody that hosts an image with this site will get PERMANENTLY BANNED from hosting images.

5. Nobody can post there MOD in releases without permission.
From now on, USERS WHO ARE NOT IN THE JUDGE GROUP WILL NOT BE ABLE TO POST IN RELEASES UNTIL IT HAS BEEN CHECKED BY A JUDGE.

6. No backseat Moderating
I cannot tolerate this, just press the freakin *REPORT TOPIC* button.

7. Do not play with the *REPORT TOPIC*
